โข Create and execute various digital marketing campaigns for the company’s products and services to generate target traffic and potential customers.
โข Plan and design Instagram content and schedule posts on the Insta Feed.
โข Plan and design educational articles for the company’s Facebook and Blog on a monthly basis.
โข Manage social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, iProperty, and Mudah.
โข Proficiency in writing real estate listings, blogs, email, and ad copy.
โข Possess knowledge of photo editing and design.
โข Basic knowledge of Facebook advertising.
โข Stay updated on social media trends and integrate new opportunities for the company’s social presence.

โข 1 year or more of relevant experience in the marketing or advertising industry/ some experience in decorating interior spaces
โข Experience in email marketing and sales copywriting, as well as running Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
โข Fluency in written and spoken Chinese would be a significant advantage.
โข Must be a quick learner, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
โข Passionate about digital marketing roles and proactive in completing tasks.
โข Fresh graduates are welcome
โข Must be detail-oriented, results-driven, and possess a collaborative team spirit when working with other departments.
โข Full-time position available and able to start work immediately
โข Pro in Canva, AI, Photoshop is a bonus

- Liaise with tenant and landlord
- Collect monthly rental
- Check monthly electrical & water bill
- Arrange maintenance
- Prepare Tenancy Agreement
- Issue Invoice, Payment Voucher & Official Receipt
- Filling, Scanning, Printing
- Ensure all documents received are checked, validated and matched accordingly and maintain proper filing of documents
